A Genesee County sex offender is now facing a federal child pornography charge.
Prosecutors say 37-year-old Jordan Brodie of LeRoy uploaded illicit images from his home in May of last year.
A cellphone search turned up a number of child porn photos, some involving children as young as 6 being sexually abused by adults.
Brodie is on probation on a 2021 child porn conviction in Genesee County.
He faces at least 15 years in prison if he's convicted.
