A 13-year-old has been charged in a fatal shooting on Rochester's west side.
The unidentified teen is charged with 2nd-degree manslaughter in the January shooting death of 15-year-old Jamarion Porter at a home on Murray Street, near Jay Street.
Police say Porter and the teen were playing with a rifle, when it went off.
A single shot hit Porter in the upper body.
Police say the teen and his family have cooperated with them, and the case will be tried in Family Court.
