Rochester Man Accused of Firing at Fleeing Car

A Rochester man is charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment, after he allegedly fired multiple gunshots last night at a fleeing car.

Police say 32-year-old Christian Marquez fired at the car on Garson Avenue.

There were two adults and a 14-year-old in the car.

At least one bullet hit the car, but fortunately didn't hurt anyone.

RPD Investigators found Marquez had been inside a house on Garson Avenue, which was searched.

He was taken into custody and a 45-caliber pistol was found.

Marquez is being held in the Monroe County Jail.
