State police have arrested a 22-year-old Rochester woman in a more than $10,000 fraud scheme.
Investigators say Theresa Colaizzi bought merchandise from TJX stores in Monroe and Ontario counties, then made fraudulent returns to get a double refund.
The scheme spanned five months at HomeGoods, Marshalls, HomeSense, and T.J. Maxx.
The felony charges include grand larceny and Scheme to Defraud.
