UPDATE: Rochester police have released the name of the city's latest homicide victim.
41-year-old Jose Arroyo was gunned down around 10:30 Saturday night, and police say it appears to have been a targeted shooting.
Officers responding to a ShotSpotter activation found Arroyo dead on a sidewalk near Joseph Avenue and Wilkins Street.
Police say he had been hanging out on the street when he was shot several times. He did not live in the neighborhood.
No one has been arrested.
