Suspect Takes Plea Deal in Fatal Greece Hit-and-Run

A man charged in a deadly hit and run in Greece has changed his mind again -- and is taking a plea deal.

Christopher Moody said yesterday he wanted to go to trial.

Moody is accused of driving 70 miles an hour on Dewey Avenue in December 2020 when he hit and killed Lisa Dambra outside a store.

Investigators say he was on his phone and had marijuana in his system.

The plea deal he rejected a day ago came with 3 to 9 years in prison.

It's not yet known how much prison time he'll get with this new deal.
