A Canandaigua man will serve 2 to 6 years in prison for hitting and killing a man with his truck last fall.
54-year-old Todd Smith pleaded guilty in February to 2nd-degree vehicular manslaughter and other charges.
He admitted to being drunk when he struck and killed 62-year-old Edwin Wesley on South Main Street last November.
Police found his green 1956 Ford pickup 3 days later.
