Anti-Mask Activist Acquitted of Trespassing at E. Irondequoit School

A judge has cleared an anti-mask activist of a trespassing charge brought last spring in East Irondequoit.

Attorney Chad Hummel was charged by a guard -- not a school official -- when he was not wearing a mask and socially distanced at a school event.

Attorney Dan Strollo represented Hummel at last night's bench trial.

Strollo says it took the discovery process to confirm the guard was not a school official.

Hummel plans to sue the school district.
