Gov. Hochul: End of COVID Surge is Coming Soon

New York Governor Kathy Hochul thinks Valentine's Day and Super Bowl Sunday will be the end of the coronavirus winter surge. She's hinting that some COVID requirements and rules may be lifted soon.

Latest daily figures show the percentage of people testing positive statewide sits at a little over four percent, which is way down from the 23 percent positivity rate a month ago. There's a little more than 77-hundred new cases.
