Rochester Fire Displaces Residents

The Red Cross is assisting the people displaced by a house fire on Rochester's north side.

The fire on Miller Street broke out around 7:30 yesterday morning.

The smoke detectors were working and the four adults and two children got out on their own. One adult was overcome by smoke and needed treatment at the scene.

Investigators say an electrical problem caused the fire in the second-floor ceiling, and the fire spread to the attic.
