Rochester Teachers Union Vote "No Confidence" on Myers-Small's Safety plan

The Rochester teachers union is expressing "no confidence" in Superintendent Lesli Myers-Small's plan to combat violence in the schools.

The union says the "no confidence" vote got 93 percent support from its members.

Myers-Small said in a statement she is "not deterred" by the vote and she says the district will continue with its plans.

She promises "a steadfast focus" on the health and safety of students and staff.
