The Rochester City School District is still wrestling with serious transportation problems.
Some students still don't have buses and others had to endure long waits for their bus on the first day of school.
Media reports say some students at schools 7 and 23 had to wait hours for their ride home.
The children were upset and their parents were frantic.
Because of the driver shortage, some routes were consolidated or changed.
