Rochester police say a man wounded in a double-shooting late Monday night has died at the hospital.
David Romero-Colon, also known as Omar, was one of two men shot near his home on Sherman Street, north of Lyell Avenue.
He appears to be the city's 50th homicide victim this year, though police are double-checking the numbers to make sure they conform to FBI reporting standards.
No one has been arrested.
The other shooting victim is still recovering at the hospital.
