A 20-year-old Rochester man is dead after police say he was run over with a car last night on Remington Street.
Police say they arrived to find Jaden Lewis laying in the street and at first thought he had been shot. They learned during their investigation that he had been run over instead of being shot, as they first believed. He was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Police learned Lewis had clung to the hood of a car driven by 20-year-old Miana Blake as she drove away. He fell off and was run over. Blake has been charged with criminally negligent homicide.
