A fatal head on crash on Lake Avenue in Charlotte this morning is under investigation.
Rochester Police say the driver of a vehicle drifted into the oncoming lane around 7:30 this morning and collided with a van near Grassmere Park.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to the hospital where they were pronounced dead. The driver of the van was not hurt.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
