Report: State School Aid Cuts Could Hamper Education

A new report is revealing the potentially devastating impact cuts to state aid could have on public schools.

The data revealed 40 percent of districts believe if they lose that money, they'd be unable to provide basic education to students.

Schools are already facing tough financial decisions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A Division of Budget spokesman says the state will evaluate each district individually when deciding any future aid cuts.
