Man Pleads Guilty in 2014 Triple Murder in Rochester

The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office says 40-year-old Marlando Allen has pleaded guilty to three counts of murder in connection with the deaths of three people back in February 2014.

The bodies of Michael Nelson, Jaqueline Simmons and Jermeliah Simmons were found inside an apartment on Chili Avenue in Rochester.

Several months later, police arrested Allen and two others for the murders.

In March of this year, Allen was found competent to stand trial.

Today, the DA’s office says he took a plea deal and admitted to his role in all three murders. He is facing 15 years to life in prison when he is sentenced in November.
