A 30-year-old man has pleaded guilty in a daylight shooting death in Rochester three years ago.

Arthur Jones pleaded guilty yesterday to one count of manslaughter in the 2017 shooting death of Antwan Hines.

Prosecutors say Jones and Bryan Gifford shot Hines in a parking lot on West Broad Street. Hines died in the hospital ten days later.

Gifford is already serving a 40 year sentence, and Jones is expected to get a 22-year sentence next month.
