Former Rochester Mayor Bill Johnson Speaks Out About Police Reform

Former Rochester Mayor Bill Johnson is calling for a neutral person to mediate the debate over police reform and use of excessive force.

He is a co-chair of the city's Racial and Structural Equity commission, which is looking at the Daniel Prude case and other issues.

He says the parties need to end their hostilities and declare a ceasefire.

Johnson says what is currently happening in the community is very upsetting.
