A parent forum being hosted on Zoom yesterday by the City School District was disrupted by hackers who inserted racist messages and drawings into the presentation. City School Superintendent Lesli Myers-Small says they're sending a letter to Zoom asking them for a plan to combat racial harassment on their platform. Upcoming forums will be in a different format, and the interrupted Power Point presentation has been put up on the district's website.
