Rochester Police have made a second arrest in connection with last month’s murder investigation on Bardin Street.
Rochester Police arrested 30-year-old Randall Scott yesterday and charged him with second degree murder.
Olajuwon Holt is already in custody and is facing the same charge in connection with the shooting death of Paris Washington.
His body was found in the backyard of a home on Bardin Street on June 19th.
He had been shot at least once.
