Rochester police have arrested a parole absconder for a February shooting that wounded two people.
The shooting on Pulaski Street -- near Hudson Avenue -- seriously injured a man and a woman.
A SWAT team surrounded a home on Ferncliffe Drive yesterday and arrested 27-year-old Keion Pendleton.
He is charged with attempted murder and assault and has a prior weapon conviction.
Police also arrested his brother, Keith, for hindering prosecution and other charges.
