A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted a Rochester man on murder and robbery charges in the death of a city man.
22-year-old Devonte Bouie was arrested last week for the September shooting death of 46-year-old James Green.
Green was shot down in front of a home on McKinley Street near Merchants Road, and died later in the hospital.
Bouie's arrest came after raids this month at four addresses that turned up drugs and guns.
