Hamlin Woman Faces Slew Of Charges For Illegal Access Of Medical Records

A Hamlin woman is facing hundreds of charges for allegedly accessing a family's confidential medical records at the lab in Gates where she worked.

Jessica Meier pleaded not guilty at an arraignment last night.

The woman who was targeted tells News10NBC she had been in a child custody dispute with Meier's half-brother and the information in the records was brought up during the case.

Charging documents say the illegal access to the files happened more than 200 times over two years while Meier worked at ACM Global Laboratory.
