More Animal Cruelty Charges Against Ontario County Woman

A woman who was already facing animal cruelty charges, is facing more of them.

The Ontario County Humane Society says 70-year-old Jane Justice was was stopped by an Ontario County Deputy in a parking lot after he saw 6 Cairn Terrier puppies inside her car. The puppies were seized and were found to have fleas and parasites. Justice is facing six additional counts of animal cruelty.

She and her husband were charged last month for having 85 dogs in similar poor condition in their Naples home.
