A Geneva Police Officer is facing a misdemeanor charge following a criminal investigation into his alleged use of Unnecessary force against a female suspect who was under arrest.
Officer Jack Montesanto was arrested today by the Ontario County Sheriff's Office. He's been charged with one count of criminal obstruction of breathing.
The incident happened last week.
Montesanto has been suspended pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
