The City of Rochester has released additional body-camera footage from last year's arrest of Christopher Pate...which led to the misdemeanor assault conviction of former Officer Michael Sippel. Pate was arrested in what was determined to be a case of mistaken identity. The officers thought he was another man wanted for burglary. The new footage includes officers talking with Pate before the struggle and his arrest. Pate is heard in the back of a police car saying he's not the man they think he is.Pate is suing the city, and Sippel is scheduled to be sentenced in two weeks.
