A man who was rescued from the roof during the weekend fire at the old Psychiatric Center building says he didn't set the fire. The man does not want his name made public, but he tells 13 WHAM he and another person broke in to the building so he could take photos of the sunset.
He says he saw teenagers enter the building shortly before the fire started. Five people were inside the building. The fire remains under investigation. Police say no one will be charged with trespassing. Crews were at the building yesterday to seal up the illegal entrances to the building.
