5Linx Co-Founder Sentenced

A co-founder of the local marketing firm 5Linx has been sentenced in a wire and tax fraud case.

Jason Guck has been sentenced to 7 months behind bars. He and two other company co-founders illegally pocketed millions of dollars that should have gone to the company's shareholders. Guck was also ordered to forfeit 53-thousand dollars in assets seized by the government. Craig Jerabeck and Jeb Tyler were previously convicted and sentenced to serve 14 months in prison.
