Federal Prosecutors say a 38-year-old Greece man has pleaded guilty to charges of coercing and enticing a minor into a sexual relationship.
John Kohlmeier admitted that he and co-defendant Bonnie Hughes sexually abused a ten-year-old girl. They admitted engaging in illegal sexual contact with the girl on numerous occasions at a house in Rochester, often with Hughes taking part.
Hughes took a pair of sexually explicity photos of the girl using her phone and sent them to Kohlmeier. Kohlmeier also used a cell phone in an attempt to entice the victim by texting with hughes.
Kohlmeier was previously convicted on state charges before pleading guilty in federal court.
