Sergio Reyes, 32, has been charged with attempted murder after he drove his car into a 24-hour fitness center in California at 1:30am on March 12. Earlier that night, an argument with an employee occurred after Reyes was informed that his membership would be cancelled due to inappropriate behavior.
"I'll be back," he said after the altercation, and a few hours later drove a family member's honda into the front of the gym. No one was hurt.
CCTV footage was recently obtained by ABC 7 Eyewitness News.
