Two people have been charged following the weekend incident at the Diplomat Party House in Gates. Gates Police say Yamil Maldonado and Isaac Dominguez-Gomez have both been charged after a fight broke out at the venue and shots were fired.
Maldonado has been charged with reckless endangerment and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
Dominguez-Gomez was charged with second degree riot and disorderly conduct.
Police say they are continuing to search for a second shooter. If anyone has video of the shootings or information, please call the Gates Police.
