Union workers at Rochester's Anthony L. Jordan Health Center are staging a one-day walkout today.
The union represents 65 licensed practical nurses, medical technicians, nursing assistants, clerical, and service employees.The workers have been without a contract since the end of December.
Contract talks stalled over health insurance costs and a proposed one year wage freeze. Management says it has put a fair wage and benefit offer on the table and is still willing to negotiate.
