The owners of the Rochester Rhinos say the City of Rochester is evicting them from Capelli Sport Stadium.
Team owners David and Wendy Dworkin say they were told in a letter they defaulted on their lease and must leave by the end of Ferbruary.
The Dworkins dispute that and are planning a legal fight. Though the Rhinos are on hiatus for the coming year, the Dworkins still planned to host soccer events at the stadium -- and they say that means they are still in compliance with the lease.
