A Rochester man who's accused of driving drunk in a crash that killed his infant daughter has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges.
Isaac McCrea crashed on Route 104 in Webster on Halloween night with his three children in his SUV.
The crash killed his six-month-old daughter, Karena, and injured the other children.
McCrea was indicted this month on ten counts -- including vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
