Rochester police say charges are pending against a man seen overnight with a gun outside a bar in the Village Gate neighborhood.
It happened around 2 a.m. on Anderson Avenue.
As police arrived, a man matching the description drove off. Police tailed him to College Avenue, where he got out of his vehicle and ran. Officers caught up with him and recovered a handgun.
