A Honeoye Falls man has been charged with physically abusing a person with special needs who was in his care.
The charges involve an incident at the Easter Seals Kessler Center in Irondequoit.
Ryan Colf is charged with endangering the welfare of a physically disabled person, attempted assault, menacing and harassment.
Colf has been arraigned and will be back in court on May 8th.
